Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Galaxy 3K (은하삼국지, the "Game"), operated by Sigure Pte. Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game, except as permitted by law.

3. Accounts

• You access the Game through your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• You may delete your account at any time within the Game settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

4. In-App Purchases

• The Game offers optional in-app purchases (such as packages and summon ticket bundles). Prices are shown in the Game and charged through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• All payments are processed by Google or Apple. We do not handle your payment information.
• Purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the store's policy (Google Play / Apple App Store). Refund requests are handled through the respective store.

5. Virtual Items

• Virtual items, currencies, characters, tickets, and similar in-Game content ("Virtual Items") have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Game.
• You receive a limited license to use Virtual Items within the Game; you do not own them.
• Some Virtual Items and progress are tied to a season and reset when the season ends (see Section 6).
• We may modify, manage, or remove Virtual Items, and your license to Virtual Items ends if your account is terminated or deleted.

6. Seasons and Competitive Play

• The Game runs in recurring seasons. At the end of each season, season-specific progress, rankings, and certain stats are reset, while account-level data is retained.
• The Game includes competitive features such as rankings and alliances. Your nickname, title, rankings, and alliance contributions are visible to other players.
• We may adjust game balance, rules, rewards, and mechanics over time to maintain a fair and healthy game environment.
• Alliance membership rules, including removal of inactive members, apply as described in the Game.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, bots, or automation
• Manipulate rankings, accounts, or purchases through fraudulent means
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its systems

Violations may result in warnings, item or progress removal, suspension, or termination without refund.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may, at our sole discretion and with or without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or your access to the Game (in whole or in part) if we reasonably believe that you have:

• violated these Terms or our policies;
• cheated, exploited bugs, used unauthorized third-party software, bots, or automation, or otherwise manipulated the Game, its rankings, accounts, or purchases;
• engaged in fraud or abuse, including unauthorized payments or payment chargebacks;
• harassed, threatened, defrauded, or harmed other players; or
• engaged in illegal activity or conduct that harms the Game, other users, or us.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the Game, its users, or our legitimate interests, including investigating suspected violations.

Where your account is suspended or terminated for any of the reasons above, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) you are not entitled to any refund of payments made; and (b) any Virtual Items, currencies, progress, rankings, or other in-Game content associated with your account may be forfeited without compensation. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any suspension or termination, or for any resulting loss of access, data, progress, or Virtual Items.

You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time within the Game settings. Upon termination, your license to use the Game and Virtual Items ends.

If you believe your account was actioned in error, you may contact us at contact@sigureltd.com. We will review reasonable requests in good faith, but we are not obligated to restore an account or content.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by agreement.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigure Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, progress, or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the Game.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
