How do I recover my account?

Your game data is linked to your Google or Apple account. Log in with the same account on any device to restore your progress.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the in-game Settings menu. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

I made a purchase but didn't receive my items.

Please restart the app. If the issue persists, contact us with your purchase receipt and we will resolve it promptly.

The app is crashing or not loading.

Please ensure your device is running iOS 17.0 or later (for iOS) or Android 7.0 or later. If the problem continues, contact us with your device model and OS version.

How do I change the language?

You can change the language from the login screen. Tap the language button to select Korean, Japanese, or Traditional Chinese.
